We offer fair and equitable fee arrangements, ranging from contingency fees to reasonable hourly rates and flexible fee schedules.
We’re known for bringing results, particularly with large value subrogation cases. We’ve resolved and settled several fire subrogation cases that totaled more than $3 million dollars, and we also accept and aggressively handle smaller claims.
In subrogation and collection cases, our fee is based on collections, not the mere size of the judgments, and we don’t get paid unless our clients get paid. We place an emphasis on minimizing costs throughout the collection process, and we keep our overhead low for a reason – we don’t like to pay costs either.
If appellate or defense work is required, we’ll perform it on a reduced hourly rate fee schedule.
