Roger Moore, Esq.
Roger Moore specializes in representing insurance companies in all facets of litigation, including initial investigation, suit, trial, and execution. Many of his clients – which include some of the top insurance companies in the state of Colorado – have been with him since he opened his private practice in 1991.
Mr. Moore graduated from the University of Washington in 1969 with a joint BA degree in History, Political Science, and Latin American Affairs. He received his JD from The George Washington University in 1973.
His professional affiliations include the Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, National Association of Subrogation Professionals, and Better Business Bureau.

Mark W. Gerganoff, Esq.
Mark Gerganoff is an associate in the Law Office of Roger Moore. He handles insurance subro claims and collection cases. Mr. Gerganoff has a wealth of private and public-sector legal experience. As an Assistant Atty General II – Mr. Gerganoff represented the Colorado Dept. of Labor and Employment, the Colorado Dept. of Revenue and the Public Utilities Commission. In addition, he handled property tax litigation and state personnel cases. Representing clients in private practice, Mr Gerganoff has worked on insurance defense, personal injury claims, labor and employment cases, including civil rights, state and local tax, property tax, regulatory and licensing issues, appeals and general civil litigation.

Dwight Pringle, Esq.
Dwight Pringle is of counsel at the Law Office of Roger Moore. He specializes in the representation of clients at the appellate level, as well as an array of litigation matters. He has more than 25 years experience representing clients in the 10th and 8th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and the Colorado Supreme Court.
Conversational in Spanish, Mr. Pringle graduated from the University of Arizona in 1977 with a BA in Government. In 1982, he received his JD from the University of Minnesota.
Dwight Pringle is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado and the U.S. District Court of Colorado and has been admitted pro hac vice in the Western District of Wisconsin and the District of Columbia.
